Well, Harrier would have to know what the parent's ordered for the child.

Lets say they ordered a Coke and the kid instead was given a margarita.

Harrier wouldn't be letting the kid drink it until the young'un got drunk - he would drink it himself!

Seems like the waiter got distracted and gave the kid a drink that was meant for another table.

How many child appropriate beverages look like a margarita?

Personally, I've almost always gone to baby-friendly places. I had no idea anyone would consider Applebee's high-class dining. How can anyone hear a crying baby anyway over ESPN?
