New Government Regulations will require a $200 registration fee & the hiring of medical staff for any indoor summer recreation program that offers a minimum of two activities, one of which is labeled a "risky" activity such as tag, kickball, capture the flag, etc.

Kickball, Tag & Capture the Flag Labeled ‘Risky’ Sports by NY State | The Blaze

Can we do ANYTHING in this country anymore without government oversight/regulation???

OMG, what is next? That is why I don't want government controls on anything or almost anything. We interpret the constiutution the way we want, never understanding our forefathers could never dreamed what the country would be about or the size when they adopted it, we are so worried about being PC we are afraid to tell a cute story or joke, and we are afraid of law suits so lets pass a law to protext anyone and everyone, at the cost of others.

Voting out the nanny staters would be a good start. Tort reform to quell frivoulous lawsuits would be another.

This is just ridiculous. Are they also going to start attempting banning football or baseball because someone brakes their arm?

I loved playing dodgeball in PE, it was something I always looked forward to. I rarely got hit, I always one of the only ones standing in the field and my classmates would cheer me on. Tag was fun too, I played it everyday in elementary school.

I'm still here and I'm not damaged.
