It's not even cultural as a "hispanic" can be 100% USA-American, English speaking and as culturally American as apple pie.

It's also not really true that the culture of for example Argentina and Guatemala is the same, or that of Puerto Rico and Mexico is the same culture. The food isn't even the same.
