The Ponzi scheme might just unravel before 2012...

I wouldn't be surprised if a Democrat steps up to run against him...

The question is how many people can he buy before the next election - not solely big business people, but just regular Joe Schmoes through unemployment insurance, earned income credit, no taxes for half the population, public sector unions, etc.

He will have those, the majority of black people (who don't need to be bought), and a good portion of whatever illegals can register in time.

Obama and his cabinet have done an adequate job of preventing another crisis in the short term.

they have completely failed when it comes to meaningful long term reform, whether that is healthcare, the budget, or financial reform.

On what do you base that bizarre conclusion? Blacks are equally upset as whites. Sure he'll get the core vote, the idiot liberals who would re-elect even Hitler if he would be a Democrat, but nothing more.

Are you better off now than you were 4 years ago?

The answer for the majority of people is "No."

We needed the short term crash and repair to avoid the long term catastrophe.

From what I've gathered he has a billion dollar war chest to buy votes for the 2012 election, why should he be worried about his poll numbers?
