Obama admin is giving 1 billion dollars to Argentina to develop Oil and build infrastructure to handle it but all the while we are borrowing the money from China, we need those jobs here.

We can't drill so we don't "need" those jobs here.
We'll have to import so we must build up our "foreign trading partners"..eh ?

Isn't that the liberal way ?

The same I feel when I see "Made in China". We need those jobs here.

[you don't have to look hard to see who is to blame and it is not Obama]

I 100% agree. This offshoring/globalization has been going on for decades..one industry at a time.

You mean like the refinery this administration gave the borrowed money to Columbia this week to build?

The liberals will find a way to approve of this idiocy. If they aren't angry with BO for racking up over $14 trillion (and counting) that their children will pay for and suffer for in many different devastating ways, nothing will shake their religious devotion to bigger and bigger government.

I'm guessing this is our President's "thank you" to Argentina for establishing the precedent of a failing government stealing private retirement savings funds to finance continued insane government spending. Our government has already stolen and spent the entire $2.5 trillion Social Security Trust Fund that would have paid for the retirement of the Baby Boom, so their lack of ethics has already been proven. Since enough liberals still vote for Democrats despite the disastrous condition of the nation and destroyed economy, obviously they haven't paid a political price, and that is the only thing that might cause a Washington politician to think before stealing more.

Yes. We can't drill here and/or explore new oil fields, because of the liberal tree huggers in this country, who want to "Go Green." Oh yes, and cannot expand nuclear power either, thanks to the tree huggers too. Therefore, when gas (and every other petroleum product out there) skyrockets, remember that.

It's not about the drilling..it's about us borrowing a billion dollars and then handing it over to Argentina to do drilling.

Why is the US doing the borrowing and lending here ?
