First off, why haven't you answered the question I posed to you in post 167?

Secondly, you are once again wrong. If the courts follow previously established precedence than they can (and quite possibly will) block Boeing from doing this.

I'm still trying to figure out how this is President Obama's doing? I do believe the NLRB has been around since 1935. They are doing what they are supposed to be doing. It will go to court and it will be decided based on whoever is right or wrong.
