I am quite flabbergasted by this move. Actually suing a company to make them move from a right to work state back to one with a union. Talk about government interference!
"The agency said Boeing officials had made “coercive statements” to union employees in Everett starting in 2009 that the company would relocate or had relocated work because of strikes".
Sometimes the truth hurts. Doesn't mean you should get sued for it.

If you are intentionally violating the law, and interfering with any legal right to unionize, not only should you get sued, you should go to jail for it.
It amounts to no more than using company thugs to conduct a criminal conspiracy designed to destroy the rights of the employees.
Do not violate the law and you have no problem. Simple.

How is it unfair business practices to open a manufacturing plant in the US? GE has favored corporation status with 0bama, and they have moved jobs over seas.
Actually, there is a fairly well established legal precedent here. I can't remember the details but years ago there was a company whose workforce unionized and they responded by attempting to move their plant to a less union friendly state. The union sued and won, with the courts blocking the company's move.
Not what's going on here. Imagine this, the unions get to veto business decisions of a private company. This is obama's America.

So...you just take this as FACT? Just because the corrupt union said it, doesn't make it true. Seems business should be able to protect itself from union abuses that damage company operations.

It's not. The issue at hand went completely over your head.
