I did not consider illegals in mind when I started this topic, we do not have a large population of illegals in my state.
I was mentioning that it may not be that easy to receive your voter registration card down the road, years ago you used a birth certificate and SS card, most people did not drive years ago and did not have a DL or state issued ID card.
Nowdays if it still is done, when you get a job the person hiring you asks for ID and proof of citizenship, do they still do that? I was required to it.
Yes everyone should provide proof of citzenship.
So how many forms of ID will be required down the road? Will we all need passports?
Yes, years ago you used to get paid to vote for someone back in the 50's-60's, you showed up at the polls, after you voted you got handed $5.00 or $10.00 by someone you knew, I don't think we were worried about too many aliens back then.
Yes, I do give Rachel Maddow alot of credit, she got spunk and brains.
I am leary of all the votes not counted correct or someone forgot.
I also heard today the R's gave people free drinks in order to sign a document, in Wisconsin was it or another state?
The cons? Did you just wake up from a long slumber? Have you heard about George Soros' SoS project? No? You should look into it. He is trying to control who counts the votes in each state by putting HIS people in there.
Soros this Soros that...
Republic CON's do have their woman in their office in Wisconsin. The one that lost the save key but found Prosser an extra 7000 votes...B.S.
How can that even happen? Now, who set up that crap in the first place? Maybe the Feds will answer that one.
Nobody wants to allow people to vote that do not have the right to do so.
What sane people do want, is to ensure the right to vote to those that do have the right.
Anyone required by any state to produce an I.D. in order to exercise their right to vote should be able to get one for free. This keeps states from messing with peoples right to vote in Federal elections.
With today's technology there is no valid reason to not allow same day voter registration.
With all the stupid birthers out there, what makes anyone think they would accept anybody's birth certificate as legitimate anyways?
CONs just want to keep voters from voting against their boy(s). They fear the minority voter.
Give me a break. We should ALL be ensuring that only legal citizens of this country have the right to vote in our country. There is nothing wrong with proving you are who you say you are, unless you've got something to hide.
Just an FYI. Theres nothing in the constitution that prohibits non-citizens(illegal aliens) from voting in national elections. There have been several states that in the past have allowed non-citizens to vote. The constitution doesn't even limit the census to only citizens. So state representation in Congress and the electoral college isn't necessarily based on the number of citizens in each state, but simply the total number of people in each state.
But really, if this country was still based on its founding principles, none of this would really matter much at all.

So now it's suddenly important who counts the votes?? Damn strange the cons don't have any problem when it's being done by Diebold with no possibility of a recount
I ahve always said it;s too easy to register to vote and the fraud in past shows it really.
