How do they get a fair trial..we need Spanish speaking judges, lawyers and jury.

The same can be said here in Miami. If the Judge is an American and the criminal doesn't speak a single word in English then the criminal's family must get translators.

They should be speaking English.
Its our Country's language.

If they can't speak English a translator is provided

No, it ain't. In fact, Texas is one of the states that has stayed away from trying to define English as the official language.
