He made a contribution. That's more than a lot of gasbags do.

Nice of him to do that but not classy of him to ditch the benefit.

Seinfeld could of been booked for this event way in advance. Probably made the commitment long before Trump threw his hat in the ring. Now every event Trump plans is a political event and he'll have to get used to some people not wanting to support his candidacy. He'll have to expect a lot of cancellations at his public events. Jerry might be a Huckabee Guy.

Speaking of which, have you donated to St. Jude yet this year?

I have.

This was not a Donald Trump event. This was an event sponsored by his son.

Love Seinfeld the sitcom; not crazy about Seinfeld the person. He basically has bad character. First, he steals another man's wife 6 weeks into their marriage. Then he tries to cheat a realtor out of her commission when he was searching for his Manhattan apartment. Now he bails out of a commitment to Trump's SON because he doesn't like the father's politics. Kind of shameful.

What's your point? Does tooting your own horn feel good?

I'm no big Trump fan but wasn't Seinfeld the one who stood by that for Mccartney and laughed while he bashed Bush? Doesn't he support that jackass who had a scene where a character pissed on a picture of Mary or Jesus? I guess that was "acceptable" to him and just fine
