Obomba is doing a fine job destroying himself, Id laugh but it's really not funny...

Trump is just helping him out and raising attention to the fact that this guy is a nightmare for this country...

Why would any one want to step up now and allow Zero a target to divert attention from his failures???

Were gonna take over the rest of congress too...

Trump is a joke and I cynically suspect the GOP hired him to make the real contenders look normal.

Romney, while flawed, is the only one with a real chance. Everyone else is just jockeying to become his VP. It worked for Biden.

There's not much difference between Democrats and Republicans. Obama remains "measured and focused" alright, on vacations and sports. And if this economy is "improving," I can't imagine what "stagnant" would be. The job situation here in NH remains just as bad as ever, and the "jobless rate going down" should be translated into English as "the number of people still collecting unemployment benefits is going down."

If a Libertarian like Ron or Rand Paul was allowed to run by the political machine, he would win. Unfortunately the powers-that-be know that as well as anyone, and cannot allow any Libertarian to run, or even be part of a debate. The media will make sure all Libertarians are portrayed as marginal, unable to win, radical and dangerous to the citizenry.

And so we'll continue on as we always have, becoming more bankrupt as a nation, poorer as individuals and families, economy and taxpayers suffering under insanely controlling and expensive government, with the value of the dollar rushing toward zero. Even voting en masse for "change" while knowing nobody approved by the political establishment will do anything that might cause change, even on a small level.

Yes, we are good little soldiers. We'll all vote for one of the two Clones offered by the 2 (actually 1) political party, and think that it matters who wins. Then 4 years later we'll wonder why nothing changed; why nothing EVER changes no matter which party is in power. But being insane, we will continue to do the same thing and hope for a different result.

It tells you a lot about the state of the Republican party when their best bet for 2012 is a Trump/Palin ticket

I personally like Mike Huckabee. I wonder why I never hear repubs mention him.

Ron Paul is as crazy as the rest of them as evidenced by his disbelief in evolution and his son Rand.

What failures would those be kind sir?? I'd love to hear them. The reason the GOP field is so weak is most likely because of how well Obama is actually doing. His just above 45% percent approval but he's beating ALL of the potential GOP candidates. Why would a pub of any disitinction, if that actually exists want to run? Christie is not running for this very reason, and the fact that he'd need to shed about 150 to be viable and with the big portions served at Jersey diners that aint happening any time soon.
