Both. Many medicines get you high from a single dose. Too many to list here.

How many people do you even know who smoke marijuana? How do you get off saying "most if not all" are "undesirables"? There are actually many people who use cannabis but you would never know, because they are productive members of society.

Exactly, the cartels will instantly be out of business when drugs are re-regulated.
