Wow, VERY interesting to me as I recently received notice that my area of town was up for annexing by RDA. It caused my hinky-o-meter to register orange. My area is not commercial/business and is the best area of this little town so I was confused about the notice. I am tending to agree with Brown on this.
The rest of the town has been under RDA for quite some time and while there are some improvements, I think they have a long way to go before taking on areas that are already more than decent- so I knew there had to be something else going on behind the scenes.
Thank you for posting this. I just might have to show up at a city council meeting.
