The people of Dearborn aren't my enemies, and i don't know how they're yours either.
How about we just respect others and leave them the hell alone. Seen any American Muslims wanting to burn a Bible outside of a Christian church? Some people need their asses kicked, and this pastor should get in line.
Muslims don't burn Bibles, that would be far to tame, they murder people.
The issue here isn't one crazy FL preacher, but whether or not we will allow our rights under our Constitution be made subservient to those who threaten violence.
Well, let's see:
We allowed ourselves to be refused the right to board an airplane without a full-body pat down because of a threat of violence.
We allowed police to monitor all our phone calls and e-mails without a warrant because of a threat of violence.
We allowed American citizens to be thrown into a literal black hole without charge and forever because of a threat of violence.
We adopted torture as a legitimate government enterprise because of a threat of violence.
We established extra-legal, secret prisons because of a threat of violence.
Nazis can have a rally, Pro-abortionists can have a rally, Black Panthers can have a rally but no rally if you want to protest Islamic Supremicists. The message we are sending to our enemies: Intemidation works. Threaten violence and we will back down and imprison our own people. We will censor cartoons. If violence breaks out we won't blame those who commit the acts of violence we will blame those who "provoked" them, as if Muslims are children who can't possibly be expected to control themselves.

No they have bigger things to burn like the Church with the people inside them. The bibles can be burned that way.

The police were rightly concerned that a similar incident during the rally could set off a major firefight between the different groups.
Any event like this carries a high probability of violence and public safety IS a consideration. Not to mention the cost of providing protection for everyone. Purchasing a bond to ensure peace and safety is prudent and Jones could have already been finished with his rally had he just gone ahead and posted the bond. But, he refused.
I suspect this protest has more to do with creating court case to "prove" something, or to make a statement, than it does anything else.
MLK should have been required to post a peace bond just incase toothless redneck inbreds might get out of line?
