No of course not! I'm only okay with a person having the right to choose their own religion when it's Obama

Great post!

Let's see... Clinton went to church every Sunday while in office. Bush2 didn't go to any church except, I think, on inauguration days. Yet the right speared Clinton for being a bad Christian and exalted Bush2 as a good, moral Christian man. Well, that "good moral Christian man" openly implemented torture as an American policy. Is that would Jesus would have done?

The priest/preacher that Obama listens to is entitled to say whatever s/he wants because it's a free country. Do these people on the right blindly sit there like bobblehead dolls and agree with every word their priest/preacher utters? Does their attendance mean they agree with his/her every point? How many of Bush2's town halls were conducted with a handpicked audience that would refrain from asking the tough questions?

I'd rather have a President who's open to hearing all kinds of views and who respectfully disagrees with them (or even embraces them) than one who picks only those that he agrees with and discredits situations where the facts don't mesh with official policy.
