I don't normally get into political discussions anymore...

Cause I've learned people can rationalize their dislike of someone in 101 different ways...so there's no point...

But to say that 'Obama hates western civilization' , is both and absurd and irrational comment...

At least keep the discusion 'rational'....

There are elements to many societies that are destructive or not favorable to people...

Obama having mixed ancestry, probablly doesn't to much like the historical fact that slavery occured, and as a result massive abuse of human rights and dignity occured...

That's not to say he 'doesn't like Western civilization'....(Yes I know, slavery exists everywhere...please let's not get side tracked)...

All I'm saying (not that it matters, never does in political discussion), but all I'm saying is yes, sure, there are elements about this nation, in the past, that Obama doesn't like.

But these 'elements' aren't a reflection of western civilization, no more than Germans will say Nazis are apart of German culture...

You fight to correct things that are injust...

That's like me saying the Tea party hates all that's American, cause they won't pay their fare share of taxes...(again don't get side tracked, just an example)...

That would be a very strategic self serving comment, if indeed I propagated that...but I don't...

All I'm saying is keep it 'rational', the discusion that is, rather than slanderious...

Just because someone of a different Party wins an election, doesn't mean they become the devil incarsinate...we live in a two party system...

And soon, someone you like will be elected, and I doubt you would appreciate such accusations being made against an elected official you voted for and who won...

(Anyhow, I doubt any of that worked, I've learned in political discusions, people don't look to find solutions, most just look to take quick jabs...and that's why I try to avoid these types of interactions)

(Also that's like saying because someone opposes pornagraphy, than they hate America, since pornagraphy is a multi billion dollar industry here)

Opposing things that are 'immoral' doesn't mean you hate the place where you live...

By comparison, the White House has released statements recognizing the observance of major Muslim holidays and released statements in 2010 on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha.

The White House also failed to release a statement marking Good Friday. However, they did release an eight-paragraph statement heralding Earth Day. Likewise, the president's weekend address mentioned neither Good Friday or Easter.

Well there's an undeniable pattern and a history of this for you covering his whole term thus far.
