I see no reason for speculation. When the choice is presented, I will decide which candidate I favor. And I already said this earlier today in another thread.
1) Why is his father's nationality listed as "African"? Africa is a place (a continent), not a nation ... there are however many nations in Africa. In 1961 Kenya was still a British colony and thus his nationality would have been listed as British.
2) Why is his country of origin listed as "Kenya, East Africa"? In 1961 Kenya was still a British colony and it's official name was the Colony and Protectorate of British Kenya.
These two things lead me to question the document that was released this morning.
The race of his father says African on the official certified birth certificate for Hawaii that he released three years ago. Race of the parents is self reported in Hawaii.
Then why did the newest Gov. of Hawaii, a friend of Obama's, state he could not locate it in the state records? Or, did you forget about that?
