TOLEDO, Ohio, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- An Ohio state representative said the pranksters who toilet-papered his house were fellow Republicans from the state Legislature.

State Rep. Jay Hottinger, R-Newark, said the group covered his car, mailbox and fence with toilet paper Wednesday night and he quickly focused his suspicions on state Sen. Mark Wagoner, R-Ottawa Hills, The (Toledo) Blade reported Monday
