I was thinking of a former supervisor of mine, when I worked for a testing lab. I would frequently take a bit more time with some samples, when they were a bit tricky, and the client was complaining. He told me that the customer didn't give a s--- if the result was good.

I told him; I'm sorry. it will take a bit more time. And, I told him that the next time he took a vacation, that he ought to leave his wife and kids home, and book his trip on Who Gives A S--- Airlines.
