All the spin in the world won't change the fact that Obama gave the order.

People will remember it in 2012, and the Right knows it.

The killing of OBL helps put some piece of closure to 9/11. It is good for this country, no matter which party you belong to. The President made the right call (and I'm definitely not a great supporter of him).
Have you been on FB lately.

Bin Laden raid was culmination of years of work, senior administration officials say | Philip Klein | Beltway Confidential | Washington Examiner (http://washingtonexaminer.com/blogs/beltway-confidential/2011/05/raid-got-bin-laden-was-culmination-years-work-sr-admin-official-s - broken link)

Quote:
Sunday afternoon’s raid by U.S. forces that killed Osama bin Laden was the “culmination of years of careful and highly advanced intelligence work,” senior administration officials said in a conference call, describing the genesis of an operation that sounded like it was right out of a “Mission Impossible” movie.

Some time after Sept. 11, detainees held by the U.S. told interrogators about a man believed to work as a courier for bin Laden, senior administration officials said. The man was described by detainees as a protégé of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and “one of the few Al Qaeda couriers trusted by bin laden.”

Initially, intelligence officials only had the man’s nickname, but they discovered his real name four years ago.
Hiding in plain sight, surrounded by Pakistani military. Seems his mistake was overdoing it on the security of the compound.

NICE JOB TROOPS!!!!!

Yes, great points and no one seems to be touching this important point.

Good job Troops, - you men and women are on the front line in harms way and deserve all the credit for the freedom we ALL continue to enjoy!

Now, Obama, if you had stated some credit to Mr. Bush, you would have appeared to be a little humble.

I think they should have embalmed him with pig's blood before tossing him into the sea.

We have heard about that today
I personally don't believe that!! Because they don't show us his pic
And am not talking about the fake one
Where is his body then?? They said that he have been buried on the sea !!
And others say they took his body to Washington!!
As I always say " Media Lies "

Heat on Pakistan as bin Laden killed near capital - Yahoo! News (http://ca.news.yahoo.com/bin-laden-killed-dramatic-night-time-raid-near-055004495.html - broken link)

Quote:
ABBOTTABAD, Pakistan (Reuters) - Pakistan declared the killing of Osama bin Laden a "major setback" to global terrorism, but it will inevitably come under pressure to explain how the al Qaeda leader was holed up in a mansion near a military facility.

Bin Laden was killed in a dramatic night-time raid by U.S. helicopters and troops on his hideout in Abbottabad, home to Pakistan's main military academy and less then two hours' drive from the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.
We all knew this though, didn't we? We have known for years the two "factions" within Pakistan, one of which is pro-terrorist and also within the ranks of the military and intelligence.

They have some explaining to do.
