If people could put their political bias aside for a moment, and use their brains...they would realize the burial at sea was for one, no country wanted his body to be buried there...and for two...to avoid turning his grave site into a 'shrine'...a monuement...like Pearl Harbor...which would only elevate his status...possibly to deity levels...and then it would never end...

It was a strategic move and or decision...

But out of curiousity...what would you have done with his body??
