What do expect, we basically an updated cast of the Keystone Cops in White House.
I think it was an attempt to turn this into an epic tale. But tell the story straight, don't say Osama had a gun and used the wife as a shield when he didn't.
They are trying to make themselves look better, obviously. Why not let the truth stand on it's own legs and be done with it?
President Obama mistakenly says Bin Laden used his wife as a human shield even thought Bin Laden was successfully eliminated.
Reaction by the right: OMG OBAMA IS A G-DAMN LIAR TERRORIST SCUMBAG
President Bush invades Iraq even though not a single intelligence source said Bin Laden was located in the country.
Reaction by the right: *crickets*
He was molded under the tutelage of a terrorist Bill Ayers, but I don't know how that influenced his views.
Bush invaded Iraq, found mass graves and thousands of jailed children for starters, but no unarmed children got a head shot.
Hmmmmm......very different details than what was given out yesterday. Why are they changing their story now? It certainly doesn't make anyone look better.

On Bush, you are absolutely correct. But as for the killing of OBL, I'm highly suspicious of the varying accounts of something that occurred and was videotaped less than 3 days ago, witnessed apparently by Obama himself as it was happening. I'm independent and I like Obama most of the time, but it doesn't matter which ideology I or anyone else holds, this story stinks to high heaven.
I think it is very important to recognize that "facts" in the first few hours after such an action are always fluid. We have seen this nearly every time there have been such actions.
This is why the military does after-action reports and debriefs.
I dont like Obama as a president but fully give him his due credit in this. There is no reason to get on him about the changes that will be made as the after-action reports are completed.
there will likely be a few more changes before this is all said and done and we all need to be fine with that.

I'm not taking any sides. I'm just pointing out the difference in reactions by the right. Why didn't they react with suspicion towards President's Bushes decision (with approval from Congress, of course) to go into Iraq? It seems to me like they just don't support anything that Obama does.

Obama watched the raid via a LIVE FEED. Of course he couldn't have seen every bullet fired and all the foot action from every angle, but I think its a bit odd that he'd tell a story that he knows was played out via recorded video. So why jump to conclusions? Why not leave out that level of detail until the facts are known, especially if the video could refute your story?

bottom line. USA-1 UBL-dead.
Just like how the story changed from 9/11 where he news showed OBL saying he was surprised by the attacks on NYC and the Pentagon (I have it on videotape) to the story on 9/15 where he was the supposed mastermind? You mean we should trust that the story gets changed, oh, I don't know, so they can manufacture the official lie out of thin air?
It's time for humanity to start making reality for itself instead of letting charlatans manufacture it for them.
