Speaking of epic failure..

On one posting you want to blame the President for doing things thats the responsibility of Congress, and on the next, you want to blame Congress, for something the president did...

I think someone needs to return to school...

Now that you have decided to play obtuse, lets review the options
1) Either the GOP increased spending under Bush
2) or they decreased spending..

Just to make sure you are following along with the rest of the class, which one took place?

See, this is why liberals get laughed at all the time..
Jan 2002, there was 128,802,000 jobs in america when Bush passed the tax cuts, Dec 2007, there was 138,875,000 jobs in america

You dont think thats accurate, take it up with the BLS ftp://ftp.bls.gov/pub/suppl/empsit.compaeu.txt (broken link)

When you stop LYING about history, we'll stop laughing at you guys..
