Then the photos serve two purposes. A smack down and a reminder that you're inhumane to them and when you're no longer around everything will be a okay.
Call me if things don't work out.
Ahh, using photos of dead people to smack down people willing to blow themselves up? Makes sense. NOT!

You're right. The opposition doesn't even use photos, they parade your dead father/son/brother around smiling and cheering. Your response? Apologetic and understanding of how they parade your dead family members around.
Just because you're the definition of weak doesn't mean others around you want to become a bookmark in Webster's dictionary.
I took his word for what happened Sunday and don't think that he made a mistake this time. Yes, many will continue to howl about the holding of the photos but I don't think it was wrong to not do it.
Right. We killed their religious leader after waging war against an entire Muslim nation because they "harbored al Queda" -- but we wouldn't want to UPSET the Muslims by releasing a picture of the body!

Makes perfect sense...if you're 5 years old.
Of a person we've claimed (to the entire world) -- for years now -- was no Muslim, or good, or a good Muslim...
Do you honestly think a "President of the United States" would fake bin Laden's death?
I guess a few people missed the movie "Wag the Dog."
Rent it. And if you say it's just fiction, you haven't been involved in the inner workings of government or the military. Reality is often more bizarre than any fiction, because it's not limited by what people think as plausible.
Do you really think that releasing the photos now would appease anyone who wants to believe in the latest conspiracy du jour?
As someone else said earlier in this thread, this was a CIA operative. Don't you think that it's possible that they may have more information on this subject than you do?
Its better they dont publicize in American media. The sensationalism is beyond stultifying and idiotic in U.S. trash media.
Far right claims to love U.S. well go light a candle and thank god for your blessings. It was a good thing...we should thank our country and end the vitriol.
CNN had a question on facebook about what we thought on the subject of the picture. I told them there's no reason for the White House to put out a picture. The National Enquirer will show several of them before long anyway. But I see no need. If a certain past president had announced Bin Laden was dead, some people would have said we believe you and left it at that.

Then how do you explain how the " past President" had pics of Saddam Hussein's dead sons released ???
Though the White House won't say it, not releasing the photos means that the images one associates with the death of bin Laden are those of Obama making the announcement and Obama and team waiting in the Situation Room. Not releasing the photos helps Obama own this event even more.
