At this point what would he do anyway if given parole?? He's 78 years old now!! What move him from a prison to a nursing home or assisted care place??
It's the only life he's known for decades, as it should be.
When the 2 people he KILLED get their lives back, he can get his!
Anyone who would have gotten the death penalty but their state doesn't allow it should remain in prison until they die. It's not about the criminal. It's about justice for their victims.
I say YES!!!!! LET HIM OUT!!! Let him out in the middle of the Everglades with handcuffs on, with a few hungry alligators close by. Then tell him he's free.
I was thinking more like, let him out in the middle of the largest desert we can find with enough water to keep him alive until he starves to death?
