Someone like that should've been exterminated a long, LONG time ago.

I'm actually kind of more annoyed at all the tax dollars he's cost by now.

Anyone who would have gotten the death penalty but their state doesn't allow it should remain in prison until they die. It's not about the criminal. It's about justice for their victims.
