What will be the consequences when the U.S. Gov't severely restricts Welfare, Unemployment and other Public aids when our creditworthiness stands at zero, no one will lend us money, inflation and interest rates soar and we've taxed the rich and the middle-class out of existence? You lefties always have your hands out with no thought to what you're doing to the country.

Shall we see:

1. Dispossesion of families?
2. Increased crime rate
3. Reverse immigration of illegals?
4. Increased work ethic among those refusing low paying work due to the net gain from public assistance compared to working low wage employment?
5. Starvation in the streets?
6. Other.

Potentially a balanced budget

I am not a leftist but there are positive and negative outcome from this decision. Hence the term consequences instead of benefits.

Reading comprehension is poor and presumption is high in the Internet in general.

Apparently there is some secret money tree that liberals know about from which we'll get all this cash for their welfare programs. Oh wait, that's the Federal Reserve, nevermind.

Seems the teachings of Limbaugh and Beck are alive and well in this topic.
Gee all the Liberals are sitting back taking it easy while all the righties are going broke trying to support them.
Yeah sure
