Making non-uniformed enemy combatants equal with legitimate uniformed soldiers is the only way waterboarding can be a war crime. Of course, if they are in fact elevated t this status, UBL's killing was premeditated murder.
So which is it libs?
So, Afghanistan war isn't really a war? Iraq war wasn't really a war?
What planet are you on? The "Left" didn't do a damn thing and neither did the "Right". It was the CIA and US MILITARY. I know most of them are Conservative, but I like to stay away from partisan garbage when referring to them.

Oh, so when you've complained about America's drone attacks and killings in Pakistan, you weren't actually blaming President Obama's policies, but the CIA and the US Military which is, apparently, mostly conservative. Good.
What liberal hypocrisy? Did Obama not make it clear enough for you in 2008 that he will go into Pakistan, and hunt down Usama Bin Laden, with or without the support of Pakistanis?
Hypocrisy?? How about the above statement is a unilateral action, which the libs accused Bush of doing, even though Bush received approval by the Congress, twice, the left wailed and moaned about all throughout Bush presidency.... and then we also have 0bama's unilateral actions in Libya. Bush went into Iraq with more nations then 0bama claimed, when he attacked Libya w/o congressional approval, and the libs applauded 0bama. Hypocrisy!!

Hey, Obama took credit for those drone missions, he also has to take credit for all the civilian deaths due to them too!
The subject of this thread might be "the left's hypocrisy" but the right's frustration that Obama got Osama and not Bush is flashing like a neon light here!
You might have a point were it not for the simple fact that, had this happened while "W" was in office, the Navy Seals who capped this tool would be investigated for war crimes right along with the CIA agents who pieced together his location partly from enhanced interrogations at GITMO and secret CIA prisons in Poland and Romania.
Care to take a crack at answering the question of why waterboarding is a war crime but execution is not?
Please explain these crocodile tears of yours for bin Laden.
No tears for Osama... tears for the lawyers awaitening what Eric Holden and Obama will do next...not one tear for Osama...but Obama better start explaining why the difference?
Why the lawyers have to face charges and the biggest criminal gets a muslim burial to respect the wishes of his believe...

Liberals called Bush out on overruling United Nations, shifting focus away from Afghanistan, and for using Al Qaeda excuse for invading Iraq. And they were right. What were you doing?
And you don't know what a unilateral action entails. Libya action was authorized by the UN. Pakistani effort, as much as you've hated it and continues to do like the Pakistanis, wasn't shooting in the dark as this episode proves it.

And he should, just like he should right now with taking out Usama Bin Laden, lest "We will never forget" were merely a slogan. But, my question was about you and your rhetoric. You wouldn't dare counter that.
