The criteria was simply that each contestant be very, very, very mean and to have done his or her evil stuff in the 20th or 21st century.

... and NO, I'm not saying Obama belongs here - even though it's still early.

I'm predicting that Osama will play Josef Mengele and Stalin will play Butler in the Final Four...

Just because Butler always seems to make it to the Final Four and usually ruins a lot of brackets in the process.
