This whole thread is very strange--even, surreal. To use events that took place thousands of years ago (on a different continent) as a rationale for government policy in 21st century America...when you say that out loud, it doesn't sound sane at all.
Wow. A few things...Egyptians are a mixture (A little European, a lot Middle Eastern, a little African). So are Jews from that part of the region.
Next, there really is nothing substantiated about Jewish slaves. With that said, the only bit of evidence that contradicts the story is an Egyptian story that talks about the Jews overpopulating and then being expelled at around the same time. We truly don't know the answer. Historians typically believe that Jews were not slaves, but rather at the lowest end of society and then expelled when they started to rise up in ranks and numbers. So it most likely is an amalgam of the two stories, slightly leaning more with the Egyptian version.
Thirdly, this was thousands of years ago vs. less than two centuries ago with the direct consequences only ending in 1964 (the Civil Rights Act). Even today racism still exists because of how recent legal equality is. Racial equality in the US is a new concept.
All this racist crap.
Some how Black Americans think they are owed something.
How we forget, that the white man was the slave of the black man, for over 2000 years. Yet the white man of today in America, with slavery long gone, gets shamed into thinking they caused it and owe every black person, for holding them in chains for 200 years on our soil.
The Egyptians had Hebrew slaves.
Where is Hebrew spoken.
Egypt is still PO'ed at Israel.
It is time to make everything equal. Where you make it on your character, your merit, your productivity, not the color of your skin.
There are black organizations, hispanic organization, asian organizations. But god forbid if there is a white organization, that has nothing to do with radical racial hate(if your thinking KKK, or arian brotherhood), they are automatically racist, but the other race base organizations, are not. They are actually promoted. That is not right. We are all Americans. There should not be any race based organizations. That should be illegal, if anything the Progressives want to do to melt the races, it would be to eliminate race based organizations.
