I believe many Democrats will cross over and vote for him (where allowed) believing him to be the " comic relief" candidate, especially if Trump declines to run. It will be a big shock to them if he wins.

Your opinion I guess. My opinion is he was 100 times the president Obama will EVER be. Obama is a childish, partisan, immature a-hole, and only the braindead sheep continue to support him.

Put the crack pipe down. Ron Paul can't even dominate a election outside the his congressional district.

He's NEVER going to get the Republican nomination and he's NEVER going to win any election outside his congressional district. The guys is a terrible campaigner he neither the personality or the message to reach out beyond his core constituents in great numbers.

I enjoy seeing you respond on all the Paul threads with the same canned, robotic responses.
Is there any money in shilling?

If the GOP has the slightest clue about what's at stake, they won't put up another worthless turd (see McCain) against Obama, or they're going to lose (again). The smart play is to give Paul the nod. If I wasn't registered as an Independent I'd help him in the primaries. All I know is I will not be voting for Obama. If the GOP puts up a dunce, I'll write in Donald duck for president. The "voting for the lesser of two evils" crap is getting old.
If by some miracle, Ron Paul becomes the GOP nominee...yes, I would consider voting for him. In fact, I've been kicking it around in my mind for the last few weeks.

However, he's the absolute only Republican I would consider voting for....and Paul is going to half to meet liberals like myself halfway.I mean, getting rid of government agencies such as SS or the EPA just isn't going to cut it..

If I were Paul, I'd dump the Republican party, go independent and form an alliance with someone like Dennis Kucinich..

Yeah because the Independent Party has an awesome track record when it comes to winning presidential elections.
