For the umpteenth bazillion time, depending on the size and status of one's business one is free to post any sign indicating discrimination against anyone that one's little discriminatory mind chooses.

Please read existing statutes before running hog wild with what you think that law is, for a change.

Didn't go even though I'm a gay woman myself because it bothers me that they barred bisexual women (let alone straight women and people of all other genders and orientations) from attending.
How do they know?

Do you carry union cards?

Of course not but it's the principle of the thing. Many women got rejected after word got around that they dated men too. Like I said, I'm not even actually bisexual so I have no "fear of getting caught" or whatever. But it's the idea that they discriminate against bisexual women that's enough to turn me away.

Private businesses should be allowed to discriminate in whichever way they want, but they shouldn't complain when no one walks through their door.

Default Absolutely not

A better policy is to enforce a "no bigots and racists allowed."

I can't believe we're talking about this in 2011. Our society is a complete fiasco.

Are you going to let the business owner be the judge of that? Think before you post. LOL

No matter what? What about cover charges? What about ticketed events in public establishments? There are tons of situations where you can't just walk into a public establishment.

You know what I mean, they should be able to walk into any business they please without question of their race, gender, martial status, and age if they're over 18/21.
