If he paid over 50% in taxes, I can only imagine he paid state and federal.
Maybe last year his income was 2M and THIS year his income is $0 (or maybe whatever he earned on interest) and is low enough to still collect foodstamps.
I've never received foodstamps before, but I doubt they ask to see your bank account.
Let's see, the Left just LOVES to go after the rich, now that this lottery winner is rich, they are now supporting a rich person to keep sucking off the tax payer! It is all way too obvious that their fake hatred towards the rich is only directed towards corporations because they are the very definition of CAPTIALISM! The Left doesn't hate the rich, they hate Capitalism. Too many far left wingers are rich as all heck and they never say anything about those people cheating on their taxes and jockying to get Federal subsidies.

Interesting analogy. Someone wins 2 million the lottery. I believe the original tax on the payout is near 50%. So they get 1 million.
Someone wins a different type of lottery. They happen to be the son of a wealthy person that dies and they inherit 5 million. They win the birth lottery with out even buying a ticket and they don't pay a dime in taxes. They get the full 5 million. WHat a crock of sh***T.
That seems a little bit more unfair if you ask me.

What's the difference between this and a multi-millionaire like Bill Clinton having taxpayer provided secret service protection that he could pay for out of pocket??
The Government has had a hard time defining "income", so it's a fraud word.
Can mean anything the Government says, and change hourly.
