Michelle Malkin » Michigan Man Allowed to Use Food Stamps After Winning $2 Million ‘Make Me Rich’ Lottery

Pathetic. This leech is still sucking on the taxpayers teet while he's got 7 figures in his bank account.

Quote:
DHS spokeswoman Gisgie Gendreau said under federal guidelines, if a person receives a lump-sum payment, the winnings are not counted as income
Gee, in that case, maybe I should ask for my salary as a lump sum payment at the end of the year and the taxpayers can pay for my food the rest of the year.
Another thing about food 'stamps' is that they are not stamps anymore. It's a debit card. One of the reasons they did this was to destigmatize being on food stamps. Well, I think we need to re-stigmatize it and do everything we can to return it to being the shameful thing that it is. In fact, I think anyone using flld stamps should be required to shout out in a loud voice at the store and thank all the taxpayers for paying for their food.
