So now its the GOP's fault? Ignore the fact that government is paying less and less, while taking over more and demanding more, hospitals are going bankrupt, Obamacare cut out even more payments, eople want more and more for free.. Its now the GOP's fault.. oooh the humor..
Obviously you just started in on the lies and personal attacks rather than watching the linked video.
Cute. But please point out the lies. And since I'm unable to see the video at the moment, please do tell what exactly am I missing from what Fox News (okay, their business channel) is telling you.

Considering that the article talks about a loss of 27% ER facilities since 1990, leading to 2009 BEFORE Obamacare was passed, and considering that how republicans have sold the idea to generally the stupid that nobody in America is uninsured... they have ER available to them, you would rather not talk about it. Good. You shouldn't even try.

No one blamed Obamcare
Here, let me hold your hand for you and explain it.. Government has had an increasing role in healthcare, and with the increasing role of healthcare, comes a decrease in hospitals due to fiscal challenges.. And you are supporting more, and more governmental role.. Government sets the UCR, ICD9/ICD10 rates that reimburse health organizations, not the insurance companies.
Good question. There need to be more urgent care type facilities to care for those who will not go to their regular family practice or cannot get in for those conditions that are not truly emergencies. Patient abuse of E.R.s has led greatly to where we are today. Yet, if these types of facilities (urgent care) were able to meet the bottom line to keep the doors open then the free market would already have produced them in large quantities.
Clearly American's are going to have to accept that they must pay more out of pocket for their own care be it through their co-pays or otherwise. Insurance and government re-imbursement rates are simply not covering costs.
The afct is that perosn physicians are gettig harder to find really. mnay are not taking new patients and with numbers gwetting older on mediare as time goes by with the reembursement rates it not the area of medicaine to go inot for the year spent in training. As medicare trusteee reports says if not changed by congress in 2012 the medicare payment rate will be 30% of the average private insurance by drops coming. With the cost of runing a emergecy room or even a urgent care center that isn't goig to work very well.More and more are unlikely to see a real doctor when they go for treatment for most complaints. More will be missed:IMO.

There is a lot in here that I agree with
The problem is that the law requires that people be treated but it never figured out how to pay for that treatment. Until that problem is addressed, the only people that will pay more are those people who are already paying.

Won't be a problem if you didn't make "Obamacare" the center piece of your argument, instead focusing on what brought about this "problem" (if you want to discuss the subject) or worrying about Dailykos pointing out the republican selling point of "health care is available to everybody today". But if you do, that is fine, just be prepared to debate.
thanks for pointing that out, you might be right...
