It would be good to limit lawsuits, have tort reform, to allow cross border insurance purchases and to make the same rates for individuals as groups so individuals don't end up paying 300% more, but health-care is one area where drugs are expensive and the market can't do it all IMO.
Insurance companies can't handle the upcoming increases in older people and their ailments.
I think care gets rationed IMO.

Why limit law suits? The we are free Americans should have the freedom to suit whoever we want when appropriate. If the lawsuit is frivolous then it gets thrown out of court (at the cost of the person filing), if it's a valid lawsuit we deserve our day in court.

Heath care providers just need to include the cost of lawsuits in their prices and raise the prices enough so rationing won't be required. Problem solved.

Then take it to the OP. According to you this is about irresponsible individuals who must deal with the consequences. According to the OP, it is about health care rationing that they are being subjected to.
According to the linked article and video within the shortage of certain drugs could lead to rationing. Yet, thread after thread you choose personal attacks rather than addressing the topic at hand.

The local news is going to do a story tonight at 11 on this very issue. In the teaser, the reporter led on that this was just a local issue.

This country is in a poor way.
