The discussion as to who's right, Israel or Palestine is really doesn't matter. The real question is, why is ANY of our business? If Israel wants to go back to 1967 borders, or wants to tell the Arab world to **** off is really none of our business. Israel can take care of itself. The world can take care of itself, we have a plethora of problems here at home. We're in 14 trillion+ debt, rising inflation, rising unemployment, and we're really only concerned about Israel? To hell with Israel, let them take care of themselves, we shouldn't give them or any other nation for that matter a penny our money.
It's time we cut EVERY single nation loose from our flow of foreign aid, military aid, disaster payments, and other money stolen from the pockets of the American worker.
We can't even afford our own bloated, corrupt, spendthrift, fiscally irresponsible government, not by a long shot.
We CERTAINLY can't afford to give away a single DOLLAR to ANY other nation.
The ONLY candidate that supports this is Ron Paul and look where he is in the polls......doesn't seem to make since, why do we borrow from China to give it to other countries. It's like America has became a large "CREDIT CARD", without the need to pay us back, along with free interest rate.
So, Netanyahu comes to the White and tells Obama and the American people this "ain't gonna happen" and that "aint gonna happen" regarding Palestinian issues and Statehood for Palestinians.
It's time for the United States to end this "special relationship" crap with Israel, stop being Israel's caretaker and begin letting Israel take care of itself and surviving on its own.
The United States needs to downgrade relations with Israel from "special" to "normal", just as other small, insignificant countries around the world.

Agree for the most part. Israel deserves to exist in peace, and I'm fine with defending her against attack from outsiders. That said, we shouldn't feel compelled to kiss Israel's butt and make excuses for her every time she screws up. So many seem worried about "alienating" or "bashing" Israel because she's the only democracy in the region and a U.S. ally, but I ask again -- so what?? Where else would Israel go?? Who are her other friends??
Israel is not helpless. They have an army and they have
nuclear weapons. They can defend themselves. I don't
think it is the United States place to fight it's battles -
what ever they may be.
I have always been against the adoption of Israel by America. It simply should not be a priority
for our nation strategically or for any other reason I can
think of. And cut their foreign aid.

But if your a citizen student of US with a Federal Student
Loan you have to pay it back, regardless if you were
able to make a living or get a job after college, and it
can not be discharged in bankruptcy court. We give more leeway to foreign countries and their citizens, than we do with OUR OWN CITIZENS.
Frankly, I see something very wrong with that

I was through with Israel decades ago. Obama needs to stand his ground and Israel needs to learn its damn place-which is not in the forefront of American foreign policy.
We actually have a more important economic relationship with neighboring Arab states and that is the big irony behind this ridiculous pandering we're doing when it comes to Israel.

find a solution to this never ending saga
nothing has worked for decades
this has nothing to do about hating jews
it has to do with what makes sense and that is peace in an unstable region
