Real well thanks.
RCP average has Obama at +9.2 (even FOX News has him up by 14 points).

RealClearPolitics - Election Other - President Obama Job Approval

More to the point though, when paired up against potential GOP contenders he CRUSHES them (some of them REALLY BADLY).

Obama vs Romney: Obama +6.3
Obama vs Pawlenty: Obama +14.1
Obama vs Gingrich: Obama +16
Obama vs Bachmann: Obama + 18.3
Obama vs Palin: Obama +19.5
Obama vs Paul: Obama +8
Obama vs Huntsman: Obama +21

RealClearPolitics - President Obama vs. Republican Candidates

And remember - this is not just the result of ONE poll, these are the AVERAGE results from MULTIPLE POLLS.

Wouldn't you think the Republicans know this? It amazes me that they talk about winning, but haven't got a single candidate who seems capable of accomplishing the goal. That in itself paints a fairly pathetic picture of the entire party. (And a lot of their supporters, by the way!)

Their answer to Obama is to run a Black guy.

The KNOWLEDGABLE Republicans already KNOW that - that's part the reason so many of the political heavyweights have decided not to run - they KNOW that Obama is going to be nearly impossible to beat and don't really want to waste their financial and political capital by being a sacrificial lamb.

It's the politically ignorant folks - including many on this board - who are constantly bragging about how "Obama is toast". These are folks who don't have a clue about politics OR history.

The polls however, tell a very different story - one FAR more realistic - so I guess those folks who are always going on about how poorly Obama will fare will just have to wait and be suddenly surprised by events that were more than obvious to folks that are more politically aware/knowledgable.

Not the same game unless the GOP gets Jon Carry to change and run him like the Dems did.

Has anyone here seen that the Dems are building a dossier for Christie just in case he runs. They seem to be really afraid of the man getting ready to smear a non-candidate.

Their is at least one real conservative thinking about running. Establishment Republican establishment people are very little different than establishment Dems. However, there is one GOP possible who has fought Obama and his group all the way. Never voted for a tax increase and hasn't voted for any other foolishness. I am talking about one who the Dems will have to build a smear campaign for from the basement up. Michele Bachman.

BTW, what do they have to use against Herman Cain? Has Media Matters forgotten to work on him?

You mean the SAME Michele Bachmann that's down an enormous 18 POINTS when pitted against Obama?

She doesn't have a chance.

Why don't you point what he did about getting bin Laden other than to give permission for the kill? That will never work to win re-election. Maybe you people could tell him that if he can figure out how to keep enough Republicans from voting he may make it yet.
