According to the complaint, there was 9/11 information available for over 2 years, that was never reviewed, and had it been analized, 9/11 would have been stopped. In addition, thinthread $3M computer system was set to be put into place in January, but wasnt put into place even though it was completed, because they wanted to build a yet bigger system, at a cost of $1B +

Very interesting stuff, thanks for posting. I'm hoping this action backfires and exposes more of what the government is doing. Bet you anything Drake's charges are reduced further and/or if convicted of something, he's subject to a fine or a light sentence.
