Link! The Hawaii Dept of Health has repeatedly said race was self-reported, and as a Kenyan, Mr. Obama, Sr. certainly would have objected to being called a Puerto Rican.
This information is available in Google Books. The study was done by the University of Hawaii.
Obama senior was on verge of being deported while he was in Hawaii. It is doubtful he saw Junior at his alleged birth and it is doubtful senior signed any birth certificate documents.
The only time Senior saw Junior was the alleged visit to Hawaii when junior was what..12..the photo of senior and junior at the airport was probably photo shopped.
I doubt Obama senior ever saw or met junior in person.
Lets not forget...in order for the marriage to be valid Obama senior must have sought approval from the British Consulate in Hawaii. There is no record this happened.
One more item..all children born in Hawaii in 1961 must have a Christian name according to Hawaii law. This law was valid until 1967.
Need a link on that, too. The parents' marriage is of no concern.

You are wasting your time, and we all know it, Birthers are dead from the neck up and Rational thinking and Facts mean apsolutely Nothing to them. Pity them and move on.

I love that our new birther (who decided to spew out his posts one at a time rather than making all his points at once) doesn't realize that "Christian name" is often used as a synonym for "given name." I'm also totally perplexed by what he things this means. If Barack wasn't a Christian name, does that mean that his name is void? That it's some sort of prerequisite of natural born citizenship to be given a "valid" Christian name? Does that mean that nobody born in Hawaii except Christians until 1967 had legal names? I'm sure that would be a surprise to many native and immigrant Hawaiians in the '60s.
