There was only 3 lawsuits active when he took up the office, and just before. 2 of them he was part of. The third was dimissed after he was sworn in (and he wasn't a party to it). So the 2 he was apart of, 1 was pro bono (meaning no money spent) and the other, the lawyer was there for all of 20 minutes to argue that the suit had no merit or standing and it was summarily dismissed for standing.
