I got better things to do than to go down point for for point so I will just highlight one.

The NLRB's general counsel's decision does not prevent Boeing from building a plant in South Carolina. The decision instead requires that the work contracted by Boeing for the assembly the 787 with the International Association Machinist remain in the present plants in Washington, and Oregon because of a finding by the NLRB that the sole reason for the move was to retaliate against the IAM for exercising their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
This guy is no bomb thrower. Obama is losing moderates.

As far as Boeing vs the NLRB... you guys are so used to 30 years of GOP and GOP-Lite Admins (Carter thru GWB) that you react with shock and horror when a federal agency actually gets off its ass and does its job.
Boeing execs are ON RECORD bragging about transplanting jobs to SC to punish the union for its lawful activities back in Washington. If this is true, it is a flagrant violation of federal law.
The NLRB held off on leveling the charge for as long as it could, granting Boeing delay after delay, and opportunities to defend its actions. But in today's anti-labor environment, I guess Boeing felt secure enough to
blow them off.
However things turn out, I like to see us getting our money's worth out of a government agency. If that's "Chicago style politics" we need more of it.

Well you have swerved into the truth, there is nothing moderate about Chicago politics. The NLRB is clearly a radical anti business move. No wonder the economy is in the tank!
Obama now lost a ton of Jews, had lost the Whites who took a chance on him and also a ton of Independents and no longer has electable numbers without lots of fraud IMO. I mean 6 points worth of fraud nationally.
He's going down IMO and maybe this story explains in part why.

1. Obamacare is so flawed that its major proponants- Reid and Pelosi- account for 25% of all Obamacare exemptions NATIONALLY.
2. Obamacare exemptions are given to union organizations and political allies of Obama, showing the deep corruption of the administration.
3. The granting of exemptions to political allies shows that Obama believes that Obamacare will hurt buisnesses forced to participate in the plan.
It is all pretty clear- Obamacare is a job killing failure that is a joke to even those who "voted for it so they could find out what was in it".
Nope it not up to me to debunk wild arse claims, it is their job to prove them to be true through the use of facts and proof and they get a great big FAIL on that.
