This is a supposed court order. I would like some real info on if it is real or not.
Subpoena's must first off be issued by an officer of the court in either the district where the trial is taking pace or the disposition is being conducted. The trial is taking place in DC and the disposition in Hawaii. Orly Taitz is not licensed to practice in either DC or Hawaii, so she cannot issue or sign this "subpoena." It is, as signed, a worthless piece of paper.
Second, a subpoena for a deposition or production must be issued by the district where it is taking place. This deposition and production is supposed to take place in Hawaii, but the "subpoena" was from DC.
All in all, a classic Orly fail. She is beyond doubt the worst lawyer in the known galaxy.
