THEN EXPLAIN THIS!:
The Arab/Muslim world, especially the Palestinian Arabs, and the Nazis:
there is a well-documented history of the thriving relationship between the Arab/Muslim world and Nazi Germany, with perhaps the most significant figure linking Hitler to the Middle East being none other the leader of the Palestinian Arabs, Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin el-Husseini. Here is a brief review of that dark, overlooked chapter in history.
The Arab/Muslim Nazi Connection - Anti-Semitism and Holocaust

A picture taken in 1943 of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin el-Husseini reviewing Bosnian-Muslim troops - a unit of the "Hanjar (Saber) Division" of the Waffen SS which he personally recruited for Hitler.
I guess if the number of Bosnians who served in the Waffen SS and Grand Mufti of Jerusalem somehow represents a thriving relationship between the entire Arab world and Nazi Germany, than the huge number of Dutch, Serbian, Latvian, Belgian, French, Ukrainian, Russian, and Scandanavian volunteers in the Waffen SS--along with all the collaborationist governments with the Nazis--and the wealthy American industrialists who were supporters of Hitler--must represent a "happy marriage" between Nazism and the entire Western world.

Also Bosnians aren't Arabs...

It remains to be seen if they will just be a fringe party or if they will attract more mainstream supporters. The German Nazis started small too.
Hopefully Egyptian Nazis aren't as bad as Illinois Nazis...

Would your picture be of them reviewing troops of either side? Get it posted and then talk about the treaty they had till it got in Hitler's way.

Whatever helps you sleep at night...

While Hitler disliked most Europeans and hated virtually all non-Europeans, he did have some respect for Arabs and didn't have any designs for exterminating them. His major goals were the extermination of the Jews and Gypsies, the killing off of large portions of the Slavic population to make room for German settlers, and toyed with the idea of introducing mass slavery into former French, Belgian, and British African territories after the war.

He saw Arabs as inferior to "Ayrans", but he found them politically (and occasionally militarily) useful as allies against the British and Jews and liked the honor based culture.

Relative to the population, there are very few philosophical neo-Nazis in America (most are just garden varieety racists with a fetish for Nazi imagery), the number that are actually politically active (or attempting to be) is so miniscule as to be statistically negligible.

Nazism is not just a synonym for 'racism'.

David Duke was a member of the KKK, a racist organization, but he was not a neo-Nazi. He did notoriously wear a Nazi Uniform in college, but has never defined his racist or political view in terms of Nazism. He is a product of the American political system and history. Even at his political height, his extreme controversiality was dwarfed by his marginality.

Russell Pearce is a Republican, which despite name-slinging, is not a neo-Nazi organization. Russell Pearce has connections with neo-Nazis, though. He has been associated with a former neo-Nazi, (and present day arch-racist) J.T. Ready, hardly a serious neo-Nazi politician:

So, yes, there are racist bastards in American politics, there is even, technically speaking, an American Neo-Nazi Party. If that party doubles in size every election cycle, we may even see its numbers begin to creep up on the Black Israelite Party by the year 3,000.
