Add more to the list as you think of them.

-Questioning the legitimacy of an election because the "winner" was selected by the Supreme Court is sour grapes -- questioning the legitimacy of an election because the winner (by the largest number of votes in American history) is really a Kenyan born Muslim despite all evidence to the contrary is being a vigilant American.

-Lying about a blowjob is an impeachable offense -- lying about a war is no big deal, really.

-Executing Japanese officers for waterboarding prisoners during WWII shows that we have the moral high-ground on human rights -- waterboarding prisoners of our shows that we have the moral high-ground on human rights.

-Anyone who abuses drugs should be locked up indefinitely...unless they are a popular Republican radio host in which case they need your prayers as they recover from the illness of addiction.

-Posting continuous lies in this forum and stating them as fact is okay, but when a Democrat suggests something moderate they are wrong whether they are on city-data or not.

-Trickle down works. That's why the gap is getting larger every year.

-That it's okay to complain about spending but then okay an even larger, unnecessary defense bill.

-That allowing only civil unions (if that) is equal to marriage.

-That Reagan could pass as their ideal Republican now, and that he was actually that great back then.

This would be a much better thread if at least one thing in it hadn't already been debunked.

Libs better pray for 5% unemployment and $2.00 per gallon gas next year if this is all you have to run on.

"Trickle down works. That's why the gap is getting larger every year."

At this point (27 months) into the Reagan recovery from the 1981-82 recession, Reagan had created 6.5 million jobs and reduced annual inflation by 10% from Carter's 14.8% in 1980.

The reason why the poor keep getting poorer is because Democrats fight to keep illegal immigrants working in the US and Clinton made unrestricted trade with China permanent and signed NAFTA into law.

If we didn't have illegals taking jobs from Americans and sending the money to Mexico, US unemployment would be less than 5% and employers would be forced to compete for American workers.

"That it's okay to complain about spending but then okay an even larger, unnecessary defense bill."

I thought deficit spending stimulated the economy...

Didn't we just spend a trillion dollars to create jobs?

So which is it?

Personally, I'd much rather spend money to train and equip the young men and women who fight on my behalf with the absolute best money can buy. I think they deserve nothing less.

As for the $5000/mo welfare pimps I see buying King Crab legs with food stamp cards while my working a$$ checks out with low-grade hamburger, I have no problem with taking back the card, the section 8 apartment, the free electric, gas and cable, the free welfare phone and the clothing allowance.

"That allowing only civil unions (if that) is equal to marriage."

So you want socialized respectability now?

"That Reagan could pass as their ideal Republican now, and that he was actually that great back then."

Yeah, that's all revisionist history.

Reagan was never really that well liked...

*Refusing to do business with minorities is bad for business, therefore, no one would actually do that.
