CNN just reported that he's scheduled a press conference for 4 PM EST. I'd guess that he'll be announcing his resignation, some of the new pics that come out have pictures of him and his family in the background.
What tremendously poor judgment Weiner showed through this whole process, from sending pics like that in the first place to his evasive answers that only raised more questions.
