We all have a right to free speech, but as a police officer you are to be neutral and objective when dealing with the public.
Can you really be objective when you believe some people are other than human?..would you want this officer to be the one that you encounter??

I am not saying that I believe he did wrong by chasing the guy, I am only stating that what he did was legally wrong. I wish he would have gotten both of them. I am a field deputy with Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, and I dont have any sympathy for the monkeys.
"..He had every right to shoot that monkey that had a gun in his face. There has already been a appeal filed.."
"..On the date of the incident, the 2 blacks went into the pharmacy with a gun and demanded money and drugs. Ersland pulled out a Taurus Judge and shot the monkey in the head.
"..Thats the point. the monkey took a .410 round to the head. He died instantly, and the blood on the floor that came from his head proves that he never moved at all once shot.."
"..And of course the yard ape's mother comes on tv and tells us how good her son was and that he shouldnt have been killed.."

It may be legal, but is it proper for a police officer to post it on a site, where there is a hatred for anyone not white??..is it even ethical to be involved in the posting of her records at all??

Yes.
Because he (she) still has to uphold the law.
Any action they have which may be biased has to be checked by the prevailing laws.
An officer may want to use his bias to arrest more of x vs. y.. .but they still have to follow the rule of the law, or RISK being reprimanded for bias.

Can someone make a post and not assume that a police officer is a man?
It's rather interesting that this post is about bigotry given how you titled it.
Too easy.

It seems like a police officer should be able to do his or her (nod to noexcuseforignorance)job with extreme prejudice.

I did not use that link, just the word stormfront is enough for me to avoid. if a police officer is using a forum like stormfront, using words like in the op it is obvious he/she are racist. IMO anyone that serves his community as a police officer should not do so if they feel part of their community is "less than human" given the mindset it would be easy for this officer to be slow to respond to help and or fast to react in the negative. our police should be be level headed and tempered. a racist bigot is neither. I hope they run his/her lard butt off the force

Why would you assume the person that posted this is actually a police officer? Because they said so on the internet?
Ethical behavior, honesty, and a reasonable grasp on reality are not characteristics found in many Stormfront members.

No, their personal beliefs and loyalties would not allow them to be fair. How did this individual get hired? Poor screening process by the department or maybe being racist scum is a plus in that town.

A poster stated his occupation, it gave his opinions no more validity because they community he posted in has the same mindset. What would be his reason for impersonation? There may or may not be one.
However I believe it to be very unethical to post the information that he did. It may be public record, but you still must distance yourself beyind any semblance of abuse of authority.
