An Alabama police officer allegedly hospitalized an elderly man who called 911 to report an accident across the street from his house while his wife watched the entire beating from her wheelchair.

The Courthouse News Service reported that 84-year-old Dorsey Henderson of Fairhope, Alabama called 911 after investigating the car accident and discovering that the driver of the vehicle was severely intoxicated.

It's what cops do. Abuse the citizens, shoot people in their own homes in the middle of the night, get suspended with pay, seal the evidence against their own, and then try to tell us they are doing it for our own good. It used to be people feared criminals. Now you must fear the cops just as much if not more. They are criminals with badges.

Sorry Sorry Sorry, but i see no excuse for the B.S. BEHAVIOR at all. No friggin excuse in the world, sorry none. I would like to beat the punk cop up. What the hek was he thinking.

My gosh these days you have to fear if you do have to call the cops. I was at a friends home, and the neighbors had a party, well we were there till very late, their party lasted probably all night, playing loud loud music, yelling, telling jokes, the music was so very loud we could not even hear ourselves talk. It was later after midnight, way after. I told my friend give me the phone, i phoned the police in that area, and told them what was happening, it was very late and the party still going on. The women said something stupid to me, what do you want us to do about it. I said, your the police, you handle it, don't you watch cops. The police was nicer then this women. He called me up to get the address, and told me how long it would be before he got there he did come out. Ignorant people, after the police left, they continued on. Some people are beyond help. Help of any kind.. ...some police seem to think they are an exception to the rules. Disgusting and very distasteful.

"no such thing as citizen's arrest in Alabama," and to "get out of the way, old man."

After Henderson tried to explain that he was only trying to help, Officer Scott placed him in an arm bar and slammed him face first into the ground, breaking his nose and eyeglasses. Henderson's wife, Dorris, watched from a wheelchair at the front window of her house, telling a 911 dispatcher that the officer was "beating the hell out of my husband."

Tough guy huh, lets see how tough he thinks he is in jail where he can't hide behind his badge. What an ******* I hope he gets fired and can't get hired at any police department in the country.

Hopefully the old man will file charges of assault and battery against the officer. At least his superior called for the ambulance to return.
