Hillary denounces this barbaric act.

But Israel should make peace with these barbarians! And also the barbarians who raped and tried to murder Lara Logan. And also the barbarians who slaughtered the Fogel family in their sleep. Make peace, Israel!
IMHO it's high time we take the gloves of Israel...I'm sure that the neighboring marauding monsters would back off in a hurry once they knew we were no longer protecting them from Israel's legitimate wrath.

LOL, only Dems can use military might to protect people (Syria), but it is criminal if Republicans do (Iraq).

I saw more on this story last night on CNN. They interviewed a former Lybian soldier who said they were given bottles of Viagra, told to go into neighborhoods and "take what they want." This of course included women.

Now I don't know if these orders came directly from Qaddafi, but he should be accountable since this is not a lone wolf action, but a systemic one.

Barbaric? Yes.

But it ain't our problem or responsibility. I hope Booboo is smart enough to keep US forces out of this one, we're involved in 3 wars now. There isn't anything in Syria worth the life of an American soldier. And...we're broke.

Is Syria an American ally? It's getting kind of hard to keep up with who the good despots and the bad despots are. Maybe the State Department should publish a list. Don't we outsource some of our renditions there?

I completely agree with this. I am sick to death of hearing American lives lost for a cause that is not ours. Aren't the democrats the ones constantly demanding diplomacy, non-violence, and decrying Bush's cowboy mentality. What happened to those loud-mouths?
I see no reason for our continued occupation of Iraq, Afghanistan, or involvement in Libya. Let Gaddafi surrender, be exiled, make concessions to spare the lives of himself and his family......I am truly appalled at what we are doing under the cover of NATO. We were supposed to be the good guys.
Michelle, for the first time in my life, I am ashamed of my country.

Not to mention the foreign nurses Qadaffi accused of spreading AIDS to Libyan children, detained them for years and gang raped them repeatedly along with other tortures.

I never said we should get involved in another war by taking on Syria, and yet everyone took off down that path. What I said was -- why is the U.S. pressuring Israel to make more concessions to these barbarians when the U.S. wouldn't want them as neighbors either and wouldn't be able to "make peace" with them either. It just shows the IDIOCY of so many politicians (and leftists) who have no understanding of what Israel is up against.
