Well done Mitt
To reaffirm the belief of the superiority of the American Idiot.

Do you think European financial policies have done well? Do you think we should go on borrowing and spending money?

Baloney. The country is looking for REAL leadership in Washington. The social experiment is over. The adults are on their way.

Ugh right wingers are so ignorant about Europe (or anything outside of their tiny little space, for that matter) that it is disgusting.

Germany is doing really well. So is France. So is the majority of Scandinavia.

Where are the biggest problems occurring in Europe?

Greece.
Portugal.
Spain.
Ireland.
Iceland.

The UK was having quite a bit of trouble, but they have turned it around better than most. Their biggest problems were among the banking sector.

Those countries listed do not make up a majority of Europe.

Amen!

Now listen up lefties....obama was a failed experiment.

He has had over 2 and a half years to put policies in place that would spark economic growth.

Contort yourselves into pretzels trying to prove that he did well and that the economy is back on track.

ALL evidence points to a massive failure.

I don't see the connection between borrowing money and Europe. If anything the United States has been doing that much longer than the Europeans.

And I'm stating that calling something European as a method of demeaning something is lame. For example, I'm very pro- high speed rail. Instead of debating it on its merits I hear people calling it European and /or socialist.

Such tactics or lack thereof are the refuse of the weak minded and of those who hate this country. Critical thinking will win the day, allegiance to ideology will NOT.

If you want to talk along the lines, it would appear America should be more like China than Europe. Hey... they don't seem to borrow... they lend!

my thoughts exactly.

isn't he basically an executive consultant? that is the last sort of person i want as president, one friendly with the hedge fund managers and corporate boardrooms, but no clue about the priorities of the bottom 90%. running on his "business experience" does not go very far with me. I think he is the sort of guy who was born on home plate and thinks he hit a home run.
