The colonists across the Massachusetts countryside who were loyal to the crown didn't need to be warned. Those who were disloyal were the ones being warned. British or not, Revere wasn't warning the British army or the loyalists, he was warning the people who were no longer loyal to British rule.
Yeah, I know DC. You won't hear this poster defending Palin.
She is nothing but a huge distraction to the republican party candidates and is obscuring debates on serious issues.
I HOPE to God that more people realize this. I'm on the fence right now as to what party to back and you have Palin sabotaging the Republican party. Although she claims she represents the Tea Party movement that is still under the Republican umbrella. Trump did the same thing. These mouth pieces are making it easy for Democrats to win.
It is what she meant. Don't be obtuse on purpose because you got caught with your pants down. Own up to it and move on. It's really easy....For some.....
You're WAY late to the party on this one. Some conservative rag twists the truth, and writes a headline that does not line up with the article, again! Big surprise!
BLOCK: So you think basically, on the whole, Sarah Palin got her history right.
Prof. ALLISON: Well, yeah, she did.
She was right. Another manufactured story and smear by the Left...and they are left with egg on their faces again.

Historians disagree with YOU.
Historians DON'T disagree with me. Why don't you contact a REAL historian and ask?
Historians aren't backing Palin, no matter what conservative BLOGS say, they are saying that she wasn't completely wrong. If you aren't completely wrong, you aren't completely right, either.
^^Well, your selective editing of the link doesn't show this part, even from the statement you quote:
Prof. ALLISON: Well, yeah, she did. And remember, she is a politician. She's not an historian. And God help us when historians start acting like politicians, and I suppose when politicians start writing history.
BLOCK: Are there other historians, Professor, whom you've talked with who say you're being entirely too charitable towards Sarah Palin here, and she really did misread American...
Prof. ALLISON: I haven't talked to many - well, I don't know. I mean, I haven't talked to too many historians today.
Intellectual dishonesty!
And NPR? I guess they're a credible source after all, eh?
This guy is obviously the idiot. He wrote a book about Paul Revere without reading what Paul said in his own words. And the media marches him out like he's some specialist and he turns out to be a clown. And we all just jump on board like the idiots the media thinks we are. No questions, no research, nothing! No wonder the mass media despises us.
The idiots are the people that believe that Paul Revere mounted up on his horse and set out to warn the British. Nothing in history suggests that Revere had any such intent.
I read and heard the Palin quote, a QUOTE of her exact words and
as usual, the idiot never made a sentence, it was such a garbled piece of gibberish that , sure, somewhere in there , there could be "a" truth...
Remember the "If chimps sat down at keyboards long enough they would eventually write something coherent" experiment.......it's that type of scenario....

Ya, NPR , like all those "LIBERAL" mediums, are sure handy for repugs when THEY want to prove a point! FLIP FLOP.....
It's kinda like saying the "liberal" media doesn't cover Palin.....but, FLIP FLOP, her ideas and platforms are "all over out there"....
The left has just gotten embarrassingly crazy. 2012 is going to really suck for them. Just like last November, they have NO idea what's coming.
